Last month the Noise Abatement Society launched its distinctive purple Quiet Mark mark of approval to help reduce excessive noise of machinery in our every day lives, whether it be domestic appliances or commercial equipment, we raise awareness about the detrimental health effects of exposure to continual unwanted sound.
